Starting a documentary edit. 200 hours of footage, the director is in another country. What do I build it on so proxies do not kill me?

Resolve with proxies on shared storage and a Postgres project database. Send the director review links, it is fast.

Agree on Resolve. Avid is fine too if the team already lives in it.
